Elysian Productions Inc (“EPI”,“we”, “us", and “our”) provides an application in the Shopify ecosystem to allow our customers (each a “Merchant”) to offer their customers (each a “buyer”) the ability to reserve products for a limited time before checkout. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information and to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights.
SCOPE
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including on our websites, and other online or offline offerings. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, our websites and other offerings are collectively called “Services”.
An Important Note: This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of the personal information that our Merchants may process about their end customers using EPI’s products and services (“Merchant Data”). Our Merchants’ respective privacy policies govern the collection and use of Merchant Data. Any questions or requests relating to Merchant Data should be directed to our Merchants.

Information You Provide to Us
“Personal Information” means information that alone or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you. By installing our application in your store, you consent to the collection of this information for our use to deliver the promised services of the application and to deliver customer support related to the application. This information may include the following, but is not limited to the following.

We collect as little information as possible and only enough to deliver the functionality of the application. This Personal Information is used for the sole purpose of completing your request.

EPI does not collect Personal Information about your online activities over time, across different websites. EPI processes information related to our services in the United States. Please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your data to the United States. Your information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We will share the information we collect, including your Personal Information, as needed to provide our services to you. We will also share your Personal Information with your permission. Additionally, you may deactivate your account by contacting us. At your request, we will remove your Personal Information, provided we have no outstanding business or other obligation requiring such information. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 13 years of age without parental consent, and no part of our services is directed to children under the age of 13. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification
You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete
What We Delete
Upon verified request, we will delete all information related to the use of our services except for the information listed below that we are required to keep as a record of our prior business with you. Deletion of data requires all payments for our services to be current and paid in full, and constitutes cancellation of our services, forfeiting any money paid in advance for future services.

We may retain certain information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
Transaction records required for tax reporting
Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Anonymized data that cannot identify you
